Choose a mailbox

Select any account or folder available in Apple Mail. Choose how far back Emailyst should scan and where selected messages should be moved.

Let it classify the messages

Emailyst reads the selected mail on your Mac and groups messages according to their content. Progress and estimated time remaining stay visible while it works.

Review the groups

Review newsletters, promotions, notifications and other categories in batches. Keep an entire group selected or exclude individual messages before continuing.

Move the selected mail

Emailyst moves approved messages to the folder you chose. It does not delete them, and every run is saved in History so it can be reversed.

What Mac do I need?

An Apple silicon Mac (M1 or later) running macOS 26 or later. The language model Emailyst uses is part of macOS and is not available on Intel Macs or earlier versions.

Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?

Yes. Emailyst works with any account connected to Apple Mail, including Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and Fastmail. To move Gmail messages rather than only label them, Gmail requires an app password; Emailyst explains this when it is needed.

Does my mail get uploaded anywhere?

Message content is processed locally using the language model included with macOS. Emailyst does not upload message bodies, addresses or account names for classification.

Why does it need Full Disk Access?

Apple Mail keeps its messages in a folder that macOS protects with Full Disk Access. Emailyst asks for it on first launch and shows where to turn it on.

Can it delete something by mistake?

Emailyst does not delete messages. It moves approved messages to a folder you choose. Each run is recorded in History and can be reversed.

What does the free version leave out?

The free version processes up to 1,000 messages per mail account. The full version removes that limit and adds automatic sorting on a schedule.

Is it really one payment?

Yes. $29 covers up to three Macs and every version 1 update. There is no subscription.
